You need people who speak their minds 
and risk being fired.
CFO asks CEO: ‘What happens if we invest in developing our people and then they leave?’
CEO: ‘What happens if we don’t and they stay?’
Communicate. Especially the threat of not changing.
Know yourself
to improve yourself.
Leadership is not Management.       Quite the opposite.
Allow mistakes. Just make sure people don’t make the same one twice. And don’t forget to take appropriate action if they do.
How about changing perspective every once in a while?
Accept change “casualties” and recognize that some extra spike in staff turnover during change is a good thing.
